We need to make meetings inclusive. Move them to 7 Pm so that working people have a chance to get there. Have a section of the meeting where people can ask questions that get answered. Using procedures to silence taxpayers is not the Douro Dummer I grew up in.
A functional council will encourage new younger leaders in DD.
